Pretty dark for a rose, and heavy in mouthfeel, with melted raspberry and strawberry jam flavors, sprinkled with cinnamon and vanilla. A blend of Mourvedre, Grenache and Counoise, it lacks zestiness, but is so full-bodied, you can substitute it for Pinot Noir with a summer salmon or lamb barbecue.——S.H.(11/1/2011)—— 87
