Medium ruby with a touch of purple to the color, the 2016 Pinot Noir Evelyn's is youthfully shy on the nose, opening up to aromas of smoked meats and cracked pepper over a core of black licorice, black cherries and berries with earthy, forest floor undertones. Medium-bodied with a gorgeous silky texture, it floods the mouth with warm red and black fruits accented by spice and earth. It's held together with firm tannins and juicy acidity to carry the long spicy finish. 80 cases produced.
