One of the few unclassified growth Pauillacs, this blend of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 27% Merlot and 3% Petit Verdot displays spicy, cedary black currant fruit, medium body and a soft, easygoing personality in a style begging for consumption over the next 8-10 years. 92-94 Barrel sample. A rounded wine, its tannins submerged into the ripe fruits. It feels soft, and there is just a bite of alcohol. The structure is soft, generous, opulent.——R.V.(8/9/2010)—— 93
