The medium straw-colored 2007 Santbru Blanc is a blend of 80% Garnacha Blanca and the balance Macabeu and Chardonnay. Mineral, candle wax, grapefruit, and melon aromas lead to a concentrated, intense wine with plenty of spicy fruit, good balance, and excellent length. Drink it over the next four years.
