An open-knit, evolved, complex Brunello, this 1995 reveals sweet cedar, mint, licorice, and black cherry fruit in its aromas and flavors. A medium ruby color already reveals some amber at the edge. The wine is elegant and round, with no hard edges, very good to excellent concentration, and considerable complexity. Drink this forward, multidimensional effort over the next 5-8 years.
