Dry River’s 2008 Chardonnay is a truly exciting start to their stellar line-up of recent releases. The nose releases pronounced orange blossom, nectarine, meal, toast, and lightly roasted nut notes with subtle hints of fresh butter and chalk dust. Crisp and tight-knit in the mouth, there’s a lot of tension and concentration packed into the elegant, medium bodied frame. With a silken texture and very long minerally finish, this wine is just beautiful. Drink it 2012 to 2017.
