I had the chance to follow the evolution in bottle of the 2011 Victoria Díez Caballero, which in April 2015 I found quite oaky. This is a wine first produced in 2007 and not bottled every vintage. The nose has developed further nuances that took me to the northern Rh?ne, but the palate had more Mediterranean characteristics with some dusty tannins that would welcome some food. 10,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in August 2013.
