This white is tank-fermented and aged, bottled early, and meant to be consumed within 12 months of its release. It is light-bodied and surprisingly flavorful, with good crispness, elegance, and considerable flexibility with an assortment of food, particularly lighter-styled dishes and/or appetizers.
