This is a lean-bodied wine that is oozing with Sicilian character, including caponata-like aromas with olives and sun-dried tomatoes. This hot vintage offers a more robust and less nuanced presentation compared to cooler past vintages.

This medium-bodied red is balanced and fresh, with light, taut tannins and a well-knit mix of wild strawberry and raspberry, dried thyme, singed orange peel and spicy mineral flavors.
