The wood integration was not a problem with the 2000 CSM Proprietary Red. A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, and Merlot, it reveals a saturated ruby/purple color as well as a big, sweet bouquet of cedar, chocolate, espresso roast, black currants, and blackberries.
