This is a blend of 60% Sauvignon Blanc, 10% Traminer and 5% Semillon. The rest, 25%, is Petit Manseng that has been aged in wood, whereas the other grapes only see stainless steel. The 2017 Poggio Argentato is soft and accessible. This vintage, with light notes of peach and poached pear, is very approachable and ready to drink. Some 50,000 bottles of this excellent value buy were made.
