The floral 2003 Riesling Kabinett Zeltinger Schlossberg (produced from fruit harvested at a whopping 93 degrees of Oechsle – 84 is the minimum in the Mosel for Auslese) reveals a focused character packed with limes, red berries, and tangy minerals. This effort displays impressive depth, freshness, and flesh yet is somewhat marred by a slightly clumsy finish. Drink it between 2005 and 2010.
