Deep purple black colored, the 2009 ASIF Cabernet Sauvignon offers intense blackberry, black cherry and plum notes over violets, yeast extract, toast and soy. Richly fruited and full bodied on the palate, it gives a good backbone of crisp acidity and medium to firm grainy tannins, finishing long and purely fruited.
