The 2003 As If Cabernet Sauvignon is a high octane, well-balanced effort boasting classic creme de cassis, smoke, earth, and dried herb notes. Full-bodied and flavorful, with great depth as well as impressive intensity, it was made from young vines (under 15 years of age) cropped at 1.75 tons of fruit per acre.
