The lovely 2011 Barolo presents the clean style and precise integrity that distinguishes the wines of Renato Corino. This wine also delivers exceptional value that makes it even more irresistible. The bouquet shows ripe fruit tones of dark cherry and blackberry with delicate nuances of spice, leather and tar on the edges. You can taste the heat of the vintage thanks to candied fruit flavors, but the overall effect does not lack balance or dimension. In fact, the wine should grow in complexity as it continues to evolve.
