The 2007 S’Elegas is 100% Nuragus aged in stainless steel. This medium-bodied white opens with expressive aromatics that meld into rich, honeyed fruit in a plump, generous style. It is a great introduction to the wines of Sardinia. Anticipated maturity: 2008-2009. This is a superb set of value-priced wines from Argiolas, one of Sardinia’s historic properties.
