The 2001 S'Elegas is an inexpensive wine, which is produced from an indigenous white wine varietal called Nuragus. Fermented and aged in steel, it offers up scents of white fruits, a rich, medium to full-bodied, creamy texture, good underlying acidity, plenty of weight, and attractive aromatics. It should drink well for 12-16 months.
