The 2005 Alliance Shiraz is crimson/purple with an attractive nose of cedar, smoke, blueberry and blackberry. Medium to full-bodied, with plenty of extract, the wine offers ample spicy black fruit flavors and good length. Drink it over the next 5-7 years.ADW is an acronym for Australian Domaine Wines. The Alliance label is a joint project of Andrew Braithwaite of Classic McLaren Wines and the Barletta brothers of ADW.
