The 2014 Pinot Noir Pisoni Vineyard, which took a full 30 days to ferment dry, is a beautiful wine. Giving up lots of red fruits (I normally find more dark fruit from Pisoni), crushed rock, spice and spring flowers to go with a medium-bodied, tight, vivid and fresh profile on the palate. It's nicely balanced, and while it needs a year or two of bottle age to come together, it will have a decade of overall longevity.
