The 2007 Algueira Merenzao (100%) is produced from an indigenous variety. It was aged in French oak for 11 months. It delivers aromas of smoke, earth notes, mineral, and wild cherry. Medium-bodied with underlying structure, it will continue to unwind for another 2-3 years. This savory, nicely balanced offering will provide pleasure for another 6-8 years.
