Muted on the nose, the austere St. Aubin Les Charmois offers flavors of minerals and stones, and a good mid-palate, structure, and length. Medium-bodied and well-delineated, this wine should be drunk within 4 years of its release. This note is the result of tastings I did in Burgundy between January 7 and January 29.
