The 2011 Flor d'Englora Roure is a 50/50 blend of Garnacha and Carinena with five months’ aging in oak barrels. The oak aromas are quite dominant with notes of vanilla, toast and smoke over a core of red and black fruit, and a juicy, fruit-driven palate with good acidity and spicy flavors in the aftertaste.
