With slightly muted aromas of minerals and flowers, the Chassagne Montrachet La Grande Montagne possesses a silky texture and an explosion of ripe fruits and minerals. This medium-to-full-bodied, well-balanced wine should age effortlessly for a decade or more. This note is the result of tastings I did in Burgundy between January 7 and January 29.
