The Donnachiara 2018 Fiano di Avellino is a fresh and vibrant expression to drink within the next 18 months. The wine is executed in an easy and fresh style that prizes aromas of citrus, white peach and summer grass. The wine is tonic and tight with nervous inner tension and energy. Pair it with light salmon or sea bream. Some 30,000 bottles were made.
