The young 2015 Arrocal is produced with the fruit from their younger vines, and it has 5% Merlot to complement the Tempranillo. It fermented in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts and aged in French and American oak barrels for six to ten months. It's ripe and juicy, with dominant black fruit. The palate feels a little hollow in the middle. 40,000 bottles produced.

This fresh red offers cherry, kirsch, licorice and smoky flavors, with a round texture, light tannins and gentle acidity. A leafy note keeps this balanced. Drink now through 2020. 6,500 cases made, 1,500 cases imported.??–TM??Region: Spain / Ribera del Duero Select to Add
