The 2007 Temple Crianza spent 12 months in new oak and was made from older vines than the Roble. Aromas of pain grille, Asian spices, incense, and blackberry lead to a rich, layered, dense wine with 2-3 years of aging potential. It will deliver prime drinking from 2013 to 2019, perhaps longer.
Bodega Rejadorada is a small producer making wine in the DO of Toro since 1999, all from 100% Tinta de Toro.
