A very nice success for this cuvée with its powerful and racy nose. The fragrance is fragrant with notes of licorice, ripe fruit (pear) where a pleasant acidulous mixture is subtly mingled. Rarely, one discovers here a pure vintage pinot meunier that shows itself on notes of dried fruits and spices still discrete. The bubble oscillates in vinosity, power and it combines perfectly. For aficionados, of course.

From a small north-east facing vineyard in the Vallée de la Marne, this ripe, soft, generous wine also has great intensity. It is full and concentrated, with pear and apple fruits allied to touches of bitter almonds, wood and fruit. It's a vintage that could age, although it is just right to drink now.
