From the Coteaux du Tricastin, readers should check out the 2001 Chateau Estubiers. Produced from a blend of 80% Syrah and 20% Grenache, it sees no oak. The result is a fruit-driven red offering notes of raspberries and cherries with surprising glycerin and elegance.
