From the Coteaux du Tricastin, readers should check out the Chateau Estubiers. It is produced from a blend of 80% Syrah and 20% Grenache, and sees no oak. The result is a fruit-driven red offering notes of raspberries and cherries with surprising glycerin and elegance. It could easily pass for a classy red Burgundy. The wine is best drunk during its first 2-3 years of life. Importer: Paterno Imports, Lake Bluff, IL; tel. (847) 604-8900
