The 2004 Hermitage Chevalier de Sterimberg, which is put through 100% malolactic, is one of the few white Hermitages that includes a significant Roussanne component (66%) in addition to Marsanne (34%). It reveals big, sweet, waxy, honeysuckle and rose petal notes, oily, full-bodied flavors, loads of fruit, good acidity, and a long finish. Consume it over the next 10-15 years.
