The 2004 Brut Nature Gran Reserva is 40% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir, and 20% traditional Cava varietals. It was aged on the lees for 12 months with no dosage. Medium straw-colored with a steady stream of small bubbles, it exhibits aromas of wheat thins, green apple, and a hint of lemon-lime. Mouth-filling and dry on the palate, the wine has excellent concentration, broad fruit flavors, and a lengthy, crisp finish. Drink it over the next 1-2 years.
