The 2005 Shiraz “The Sack” includes 5% Grenache. Purple-colored, it delivers an enticing nose of cedar, spice box, pencil lead, blueberry, and blackberry. Made in a forward style, the wine has excellent depth and concentration, plenty of spicy black fruits, and a lengthy finish. Drink it over the next 10-12 years.
