The 2011 Les Sorts Jove is a blend of 50% Carinena with Garnacha and Syrah. It has a simple, bright nose of red cherry fruit that has a pleasant jammy quality to it. The palate is sweet and a little confected on the entry, although it shows pleasing control on the Morello cherry and strawberry finish, which has a volatile kick. Drink now.
