The 2006 Semillon comes from a 35-year-old dry-farmed vineyard cropped at 1 ton per acre. Straw colored with green highlights, it offers an intense bouquet of mineral, citrus, spring flowers, and candle wax. Medium-bodied, with rich fruit flavors, lively acidity, and excellent length, this wine can be enjoyed now but will add complexity with a few more years of bottle aging.
