The 2009 Ercavio Rosado is made from 100% Cencibel (Tempranillo) raised in stainless steel. Cencibel is Tempranillo adapted to the “cold desert” climate of La Mancha with smaller bunches and berries and thicker skins. This wine is a saignee, medium salmon pink in color, with a slightly reticent bouquet of strawberry and rhubarb.
