Very much a Pinot Gris rather than Grigio with its ripe, honeyed nose, pear and golden kiwi fruit, as well as a savory note, which takes me back to my first-ever visit to Alsace. (I camped in October. Not recommended.) It is full-bodied and satisfying with a silken texture. There's a gentle but sufficient level of acidity, making this a drink-now-to-2023 wine.
