A lush red, showing brambly berry and syrupy sun-dried black cherry flavors, with lots of warm spices—anise, clove and nutmeg—and a touch of mesquite smoke. Shows fine integration, with supple tannins and a velvety texture throughout. A latent push of ripe fruit lingers on the finish. Drink now through 2027.
