Made with the potential for some near or medium-term aging in mind, the 2015 Fiano di Avellino Ventidue offers good freshness and textural richness. This wine sees partial whole-cluster fermentation, and partial skin maceration. It ages on the fine lees in stainless steel for ten months. This vintage offers super fruit intensity, and in fact, the warm growing season has evidently contributed to that bold and exuberant fruit. The mouthfeel is characterized by creamy succulence. Some 6,700 bottles were made.
