Spiced cream and buttered toast are found in the aromatics of the 2002 Meursault Charmes Hospices de Beaune. Medium-bodied, lush, fresh, and exhibiting excellent depth as well as concentration, it suffers from a tight, compressed finish. Time will tell if this Hospice wine will ever flesh out.
