The 2016 Pinot Noir was made by Paul Mason, winemaker at Martinborough Vineyard. The wine is very ripe without going over the top, the dark cherries joined by hints of thyme and mocha. Medium to full-bodied, this wine is concentrated and richly textured, yet it remains fresh, juicy and mouthwatering on the long finish. Drink it over the next 5-6 years.

Complex and earthy, the nose of The Elder's 2015 Pinot Noir includes hints of beetroot and black cherries, mint and leather, sassafras and cola. It's medium to full-bodied, with firm but softening tannins and a finish that blends those disparate flavors into a smooth and harmonious whole.

Medium to deep ruby-purple colored, the 2013 Pinot Noir has a beautiful nose of warm red cherries, red currants and kirsch with nuances of anise, cedar, lavender, rose hips and ceylon tea. Medium-bodied and generously fruited in the mouth, it fills the palate with vibrant red berry and perfumed / spicy layers, structured by firm, fine tannins, finishing long and layered.
