The 2016 Pinot Noir was made by Paul Mason, winemaker at Martinborough Vineyard. The wine is very ripe without going over the top, the dark cherries joined by hints of thyme and mocha. Medium to full-bodied, this wine is concentrated and richly textured, yet it remains fresh, juicy and mouthwatering on the long finish. Drink it over the next 5-6 years.
