Deep ruby-purple, the 2021 Syrah Turner Vineyard has a core of cassis with notes of chargrill, violet, black olive, thyme and sage, opening up as it spends time in the glass. The full-bodied palate is bright, fresh and chalky, with a concentrated core of floral fruit and very long, elegant finish. It offers great definition and purity of aromatics/flavors despite its high degree of drinkability even at this youthful stage.

Medium ruby-purple, the 2020 Syrah Turner Vineyard is scented of red and black cherries, mint leaves and milk chocolate, with accents of licorice and earth coming through as it spends time in the glass. The full-bodied palate is juicy and layered, with loads of floral accents and big bursts of juicy acidity elevating the long finish.

Deep ruby-purple, the 2019 Syrah Turner Vineyard is scented of cassis with cured meats, white pepper and tar accents. The full-bodied palate is ultra grainy and seamlessly fresh, finishing with a lovely blend of bright fruit and herbal nuances.

A finished barrel sample, the opaque purple-black colored 2018 Syrah Turner Vineyard gives primary scents of cassis, crushed black cherries, blackberry pie and accents of white pepper, fried sage, exotic spices and savory hints. It's full-bodied, silky and absolutely loaded with youthful fruits and slowly emerging savory/spice notions, with a firm, chewy frame and juicy freshness, finishing very long and layered.
