The single vineyard Syrahs include the closed, backward 2007 Syrah Turner Vineyard. Reminiscent of a Rhone Valley Hermitage, it exhibits abundant aromas of black pepper, graphite, roasted meat, and creme de cassis, a boatload of tannin, beautiful density and purity, and full-bodied power.
