Thirty percent of the 2007 Kayena Vineyard Pinot Gris was fermented in French oak where it remained on the lees for four months. The nose reveals a light kiss of oak, tangerine zest, and tropical aromas leading to an elegant, creamy-textured wine with excellent depth and a fruit-filled finish. Drink it over the next 2-3 years.
