The 2018 Chardonnay is scented of poached pears and baked apples with hints of nutmeg and lightly buttered toast. Medium to full-bodied, the palate delivers a pleasantly oily texture and plenty of straightforward spiced apples flavors, finishing creamy.

The 2017 Chardonnay opens with notes of poached pears, green guava and baked apricots with touches of paraffin wax, allspice and cedar. Medium-bodied, the palate has soft acidity and plenty of ripe stone fruit flavors with a toasty edge to the finish. 5,000 cases were made.

Aged in 65% French and 35% American oak barrels for nine months, the 2016 Chardonnay gives loads of toasty/waxy notes over a core of spiced apples and warm pears with a waft of orange peel. Medium-bodied, lively and refreshing, it delivers plenty of uncomplicated apple and spice flavors with good length. 33,600 cases produced.

The 2015 Chardonnay is scented of ripe apricots and spiced pears with hints of lightly browned toast and a touch of butter. The palate is medium-bodied with plenty of stone fruit and toasty flavors, finishing with a lovely creaminess.
