From Sartori's Estate Collection line, the 2016 Ferdi is made with Garganega grapes that have been left to dry for 40 days after the harvest, thus losing water volume and gaining in intensity. Partial oak fermentation and sur lie aging contributes to the mild texture and creaminess you get here. Orchard fruit and preserved lemon cede to subtle hints of crushed stone and dried sage. An ample 104,000 bottles were made.
