With a little Petite Sirah, this is a firm, fairly tannic wine. It has a deep core of black cherry and cocoa, with hints of sage. The size suggests aging through 2008, but it will be delicious now with roast tenderloin of pork in a sauce made from the wine.——S.H.(4/1/2005)—— 89
