Bottled with 27 grams of residual sugar and at 10% alcohol, the 2015 Scharzhofberger Riesling Kabinett (AP #10) offers a very clear, intense and flinty nose with floral and concentrated fruit aromas. Round, lush and elegant, this is an intense, well structured and refreshing Riesling with a good, aromatic finish. There is nice complexity and aging potential here. Although this wine is too bodied for the Kabinett category, it is a very good Scharzhofeberger.
