Blended with 8% Semillon, the 2010 Sauvignon Blanc has a ripe lime, grapefruit and apricot-tinged bouquet with hints of gooseberry loitering in the wings. The sprightly palate has a grassy entry with racy acidity and a vibrant, green apple-tinged finish. This is good value South African Sauvignon. Drink now-2015.
