The 2003 Shiraz offers a dense purple color along with a gorgeous perfume of acacia flowers, ground pepper, beef blood, blackberries, and cassis. This layered, multidimensional, full-bodied, chewy, pure, impressively endowed 2003 displays no hard edges. Drink it over the next 5-10 years. Not many Adelaide Hills wines possess this type of intensity and power.
